Led the full construction delivery of a major SuDS scheme following the devastating July 2021 floods that affected over 200 homes and 28 schools. Coordinated Thames Water, the Department for Education and Cadent Gas simultaneously across two streets — managing excavation, underground attenuation tank installation, service diversions and porous surfacing through challenging winter conditions including heavy snowfall and sub-zero temperatures.
